Carolyn Rodis, JD, MA

Carolyn Rodis. Rodis is a mediator, teacher, trainer, and conflict coach. Certified by the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution, Rodis is qualified to mediate for the Maryland Circuit and District Courts.  Rodis has been an active trainer for mediators and for service providers in elder mediation, issues around aging, and mediation skills since 2001. Rodis was a co-founder and first tri-chair of the Elder Decision-Making Section of the Association for Conflict Resolution, and chairs its Training Standards Committee. She is an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College.  Rodis authored a chapter in Pre- & Post-Retirement Tips for Librarians (American Library Association, 2012). A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, she received a JD and holds an MA in Adulthood and Aging.
